When I’m not writing copy…

You can find me doing more writing, exploring how to stay sane while the world feels like it's falling apart over on my Substack. Turns out there's quite a community of us trying to figure that out together.

I'm a bit obsessed with moving my body in basically any way possible–running, hiking, yoga, you name it. If it gets me moving (and preferably outside), I'm into it.

I'm also one of those people who always needs to be making something with their hands. Currently rotating between watercolours (my favourite), sewing projects that may or may not get finished, and learning to bake (it's harder than it looks!).
